About this statement

Oxford Mosaic is the University of Oxford’s Web Platform. This statement explains how private information will generally be handled when you visit websites run on the Oxford Mosaic platform. Individual websites may also provide further details of specific site usage in their own privacy statement which will supersede or supplement this Privacy Statement.

The University’s main website, www.ox.ac.uk, is managed separately to Oxford Mosaic. A privacy policy for the main University of Oxford site is maintained independently.

Contact Web forms

On some Oxford Mosaic websites you may be asked to provide some limited personal information via a contact form. This information will be submitted by email to the owner of the site.
